This Medical Center is soliciting for the provision of professional services for the packaging, removal, transportation and incineration of biomedical waste, Department of Veterans Affairs, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. All services shall be performed in accordance with Rules and Regulations of the State of Oklahoma, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Transportation, and other applicable authorities. The quantity for removal will be approximately 3,500 lbs. per year, however, no maximum or minimum quantity is guaranteed for the period October 1, 2000 through September 30, 2001 with four (4) option years to renew.
