The TRADOC Acquisition Center-Leavenworth intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Texas Center for Applied Technology (TCAT) under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for enhancement of the Regional Analysis Model (RAM) which was developed by TCAT. This effort will enhance the RAM to increase the tactical capability of the model to interact with the Digital Battle Staff Trainer (DBST) and support the Initial Brigade Combat Team (IBCT). This effort will require expertise in development of technical requirements, design enhancements and producing computer code routines; secure access source code development; maintenance of secure File Transfer Protocol Site (FTP); writing source code in current version of JAVA, C++, etc.; source code documentation. The period of performance is approximately 15 Sep 00 -- 15 Jul 01. This announcement is for informational purposes only. No solicitation is available.
