The Air Force desires to acquire, in support of the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA), the maintenance and repair of refrigeration and HVAC systems in military commissaries at approximately thirteen (13) stores in the states of Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri and Kentucky. The period of performance will commence 1 January 2001, or date of award through one year thereafter with three priced one-year options to extend for a total performance period not to exceed 48 months.
