NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with MLB Company under authority of FAR 6.302, a firm fixed price supply contract, for a portable, unmanned aerial vehicle for short range surveillance and remote sensing. Based on market survey, MLB Company, is the only vendor who can produce the unmanned aerial vehicle within the time and budgetary constraints of an ongoing research project.
