Zeleny, (301)713-6755, x229 The National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) anticipates a sole source contract with Chicago Albumen Works for the production of 4"x5" reduced-sized interpositives from deteriorating acetate-based negatives from the records of the Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) in the holdings of the Southeast Region (NRC), Office of Regional Records Services, 1557 St. Joseph Avenue, East Point, GA 30344. Contractor will provide all supervision, staff, supplies, materials, and equipment to produce 4"x5" reduced-sized interpositives. Firms who believe they can provide the required equipment are invited to submit an affirmative response within 15 days of the publication date of this notice; all such responses will be evaluated to determine the ability to meet the above stated capabilities. An affirmative response shall include literature, brochures, and other such information corresponding to the required duplicates which demonstrates the capabilities of the offeror.
