This service includes but is not limited to packing of household goods for inbound, outbound, intra-city, and intra-area services as defined in the Statement of Work (SOW). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Please be advised that this requirement may result in multiple awards. The proposed contract shall have a one-year basic period, starting 01 Oct 2000 through 30 Sep 2001, plus four one-year options. Award of the contract will be made to the responsive, responsible offeror(s) whose proposal offers the best value to the Government.
