ATTN: The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) proposes to procure work to be conducted at 7 Heptyl storage facilities throughout Ukraine. At 3 facilities, rail spurs and road into the facility will be repaired which will allow the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine to remove the remaining heptyl from these sites. At all 7 sites, a physical and environmental survey will be conducted to assess and characterize the facilities. Note that this is a sole source effort being awarded to Bechtel National, Incorporated The estimated effort is for one man-year. Note that this procurement is sole source under SIC Code 1629.
