The work will be conducted in two phases. Phase One: Tear down and repair of first boiler repair, work to be completed and boiler accepted by Government prior to other boiler being repaired. Phase Two: Tear down and repair second boiler. Controls work can be performed during either phase. Magnitude of construction project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This is a competitive best value source selection in which the offeror's performance history and price are considered equally important. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business concerns, therefore all responsible small business sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
