The estimated price range is between $400,000 and $450,000 with completion within 120 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled on Thursday, August 24th @ 10:00 AM at the site. The Contractor must provide documentation along with their proposal, evidencing bonding capabilities, although no bid bond is required to submit an offer.
