This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared
in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in
this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation;
offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be
issued. This solicitation number is W56LTA-0181-0001 and is issued as
a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The RFQ incorporates provisions and
clauses as those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number
97-19 and Defense Acquisition Circular Number 91-7, 20000731 Edition.
This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The standard
industrial classification code is 3448 with small business standard of
500 employees or less. Description of commodity: LINE ITEM 1 14 each,
Flammable Storage Cabinet, 90 gallon capacity, double-wall, minimum of
18-gauge steel construction with insulation, flame-arrestor vents,
lock, adjustable leveling feet, must meet NFPA 30 requirements. LINE
ITEM 2 4 each, Corrosives Storage Cabinet, 30 gallon capacity,
double-wall, minimum of 18-gauge steel construction, flame arrestor
vents, lock, self-leveling feet, grounding wire screw, must comply with
OSHA and NFPA Code 30 requirements. LINE ITEM 3 2 each, Portable
Hazardous Waste Storage Building, must have secondary containment,
approximately 9'Hx8'Wx10'L, non-combustible walls of minimum of
12-guage steel sheathing and minimum of 16-guage formed steel studs,
non-combustible roof minimum of of 12-guage steel deck and minimum of
16-guage formed steel joists, removable drum platform sections, minimum
of 230 gallon capacity sump, steel door with locking system, natural
draft ventilation, vents with protective screen and weather hood,
static grounding and bonding angles, 8' grounding rod and cable, hazard
labeling signs, 4" riser for forklift and/or crane slings, under sump
inspections, four (4) hold down angles, steel loading ramp. LINE ITEM

(2) equal-sized compartments and sump areas, minimum of 840 gallon
capacity sump, two (2) steel doors with locking system, natural draft
ventilation, vents with protective screen and weather hood, static
grounding and bonding angles, 8' grounding rod and cable, hazard
labeling signs, 4" riser for forklift and/or crane slings, under sump
inspections, four (4) hold down angles, two (2) steel loading ramps.
