70 -- COMPUTER AUDIVISUAL SYSTEMS SOL DAHA06-00-Q-0012 DUE 090500 POC Michael S. Mastalski, Contracting Officer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number is DAHA06-00-Q-0012. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The SIC code for this solicitation is 5045. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small businesses, the quoter must state their business size in their quotation. Delivery and installation with be FOB Destination. The Army National Guard requires the delivery and installation of three Computer Audio Visual systems to be installed at training facilities in New London, Groton and Hartford, CT. The proposed systems must be equal to or exceed the following system: one Sanyo PLC-XP10NA-1900 lumen true XGA (1024 x 768) resolution LCD projector; one Chief RPA9250 ceiling mount for the Sanyo projector; one DaLite 8' x 6', Cosmopolitan model, electric screen, matte white surface; one TOA 60 watt amplifier with line and microphone module inputs, model A906MK2; four Atlas Soundolier model EXHD7 0W Ceiling speakers; one InLine A/V wall plate with computer and video inputs, model IN9166; one Raxxess model ER rack with locking plexiglass door and 200 feet of HiRes computer cable, speaker wire, microphone cable InLine model IN8000. Three of these systems are to be delivered and installed to effect a complete and useable system. Descriptive literature of your proposed system components is required particularly if quoting "equal" products, descriptive literature must be of the type and detail to allow for a definitive determination of equality with the specified products.
