IAW the authority of U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302, the 180th Fighter Wing Base Contracting Office intends to negotiate a non-competitive sole source purchase order with Landell Flutes for the purchase of a Handmade Sterling Silver Landell Flute and mechanism with Gizmo and B/C# Trill keys. Landell Flutes is the only known source capable of providing this product. Jonathon Landell is the only known manufacturer and the only known source to be able to fullfill the requirement for the Landell Flute. Each Landell Flute is hand crafted from start to finish in Richmond, Vermont by the owner. When the solicitation is posted, all responsible sources capable of providing this product may submit a Request for Quote which will be considered by the 180th Fighter Wing Base Contracting Office.
