enhancement activity (RSEA) to maximize current service delivery
efficiency in order to increase the volume of patients being seen,
without compromising quality of care, or increasing cost. This project
will enable region VI family planning projects organizations to
understand the cost-effectiveness of the processes they use and to make
immediate changes that improve the quality of their health care
services -- by lowering costs, improving clinical outcomes, increasing
patient satisfaction, and boosting staff morale. RSEA will develop and
implement appropriate service delivery models. RSEA is to assist family
planning clinics in identifying, evaluating, and improving delivery of
family planning services using metric benchmarks and processes that
define the best practice for a particular service. Contract is one
