Library is a general library, providing Air Force Library and Information System (AFLIS) tri-fold program support to Mission, Education, and Quality of Life. Work includes general administration of the library, collection management, financial management, marketing, public services, mission support, and education support. This is a competitive best-value acquisition in which offerors experience in library operation will receive more consideration than price. This proposed solicitation is a 100 percent set-aside for historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs) and minority institutions (MIs), as defined by the clause at 252.226-7000 of the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement. Reference CBD Numbered Note 7. The SIC Code for this solicitation is 8231. Proposed contract is for basic year plus four-one year options.
