Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement to procure a Software Subscription/Maintenance Service Contract to include Updates/Upgrades and Technical Support for the Crew Systems Engineering Department. The product numbers of these services are V11-2, V27-2, V19-2, V51-1, and V60-1. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Centric Software, Inc. 50 Las Colinas Lane, San Jose, CA 95119-1212, because the company is the sole manufacturer of the software, and possesses proprietary technical specifications, knowledge, and libraries needed for safe and efficient use, and corrections of any problems encountered in operation of this software. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be negotiated for an estimated quantity of (1) lot.
