Concerns having the ability for providing a Transitional Drug Treatment Community Corrections Center facliity for female federal offenders. An estimated number of inmate days are 18,250 for the base period and 9,125 for option years one, two, and three (100% female). Estimated RFP issue date is September 20, 2000 and the estimated closing date is November 20, 2000. Contract base period is two years with three one-year option years to renew.
