The Naval Air Systems Command intends to procure non-competitively, technical and engineering services for the repair and return to Ready for Issue (RFI) condition U.S. Navy F-5 Displacement Gyros P/N 19005-2C and provide one (1) Trend Analysis Report. All servicces and or supplies shall be delivered or performed within thirty (30) days after receipt of displacement gyros. The Government intends to issue a sole-source firm-fixed price contract to Singapore Aerospace Systems PTE, LTD, 540 Airport Road, Paya Lebar, Republic of Singapore, Singapore, 539934. Sucessful completion of these tasks requires intimate knowledge of this particular gyro in order to provide the repair and return to RFI condition within the required time frame. Singapore Aerospace Systems PTE LTD is currently conducting repair of existing displacement gyros for the Naval Air Systems Command and has been determined to have the required unique experience, and technical capabilities in-house to conduct these tasks within time and funding constraints.
