J028 -- The Corpus Christi Army Depot intends to procure services to support Corpus Christi Army Depot in the overhaul and repair activities of the T700 Engine Program. The contractor will provide full overhaul of the T700-401C Engine, which consists of disassembly, clean, inspect, repair and acceptance testing. Complete and adequate technical data is not available to support full and open competition. This is a sole source procurement to General Electric Engine Services, One Neumann Way, Cincinnati OH 45215, who is the original designer and developer of the T700-401C Engine and has the background design, knowledge, experience, data and/or equipment to support the requirements for this effort.
