[1] This Request for Quotation is to obtain pricing for items that are not funded at this time, but may receive funding this fiscal year through fall out funds, prior to 30 September 2000. Therefore, the quotation should be valid at least until 30 September 2000. [2] The requirement is: Item # 1 _ Automated Target Retrieval System, approx. 25 meters long, minimum 11 tracks, constructed of steel and capable of withstanding direct rifle fire. Trolley should be capable of turning 90 and 180 degrees and be controlled electronically from both the shooting position and centrally from the range control center. Master controller needs to be programmable by time and distance to allow flexible course of fire inputs. Warranty should include on-site service. Item#2- Quotations should include cost for installation at Yokota AB, Japan, time required for installation, and travel expenses with subsistence. Item #3 _ On-site training of key personnel and any operational manuals. Item #4 On-site Training/implementation assistance for up to 3 days, fully inclusive of travel and subsistence.
