BURKETT, Contracting Officer, (540) 983-1084 VA Medical Center, Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a Board Certified Nephrologist to provide Nephrology concultations, perform renal biopsy, and acute dialysis procedures. Contract shall be for one (1) base year with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year option periods. Tour of duty shall be Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.. Nephrologists providing services under the resultant contract shall meet all professional certifications and licensing as required. The qualifications of such personnel shall also be subject to review and approval by the VAMC Chief of Staff. This acquisition is unristricted and SIC code 8099 applies.
