The audience is broad including medical professionals, the technical community, school groups, and the public. The exhibition scriptwriter must analyze complex technical and medical stories created by two curators, synthesize additional reading materials, and develop a creative, accessible, concise approach to the exhibition script. The scriptwriter will work closely with theexhibition designers and the exhibition team to develop a system to the script in addition to producing a multi-layered approach to writing and design the text. The exhibition script will utilize headlines, quotes, themes, main statements, sub statements, captions and other text devices. The exhibition scriptwriter will work with the curators to develop the script. The exhibition team will review the first draft. The scriptwriter will write a second draft for review by the Chief, History of Medicine Division. The Library Director will review the final draft script.
