The Contractor shall provide the necessary supervision, labor and equipment. The Government will provide the de-icing compound. The main complex consists of approximately 11 miles of roadway, 72 acres of parking lot and 22 miles of sidewalk. The Contractor must respond within 2 hours of the Government's request for snow removal and de-icing services. The period of performance shall be for a 1-year base period with four 1-year options.
