This work is for aerial treatment of mosquitoes at the larvicide and adultricide stages on an as required basis at the Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA. This procurement will be negotiated for an initial period of one year with the Government having the unilateral option to extend the term of services for two consecutive periods of 12-months each. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. Size standard for a small business, including its affiliates is not in excess of $5.0 million in average sales or receipts for the preceding three fiscal years. All contractors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award.
