concerns will be accepted for the Shenandoah National Park Project
PRA-SHEN 3E4, in Augusta and Albemarle Counties, Virginia. The project
consists of reconstruction and rehabilitation within the Shenandoah
National Park. This work includes pavement reconstruction, overlay, and
parking area construction between MP 96.8 and MP 105.3. The project
also includes drainage improvements at MP 50.5, from MP 65.9 to MP
72.9, and from MP 68.1 to MP 79.8. The work includes: Removal of
asphalt pavement, roadway excavation, embankment construction, geogrid
reinforcement, aggregate base grading C or D, aggregate-topsoil
course, superpave asphalt concrete pavement 12.5mm aggregate, superpave
asphalt concrete pavement 19mm aggregate, superpave asphalt concrete
pavement 12.5mm aggregate wedge and leveling, 600 mm pipe culvert,
2100mm span 1200mm rise reinforced concrete box culvert, inlets type
4B, lining 600 mm pipe culvert, guardrail system SBTB, stone masonry
guardrail, pavementmarkings. The project is expected to fall within the
price range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Bid documents are scheduled to
be issued on or about September 8, 2000. Bids will be due on or about

working capital financing and bonding assistance for transportation

Short-Term Lending Program (STLP) offers lines of credit to finance
accounts receivable. Maximum line of credit is $500,000 with interest
