The estimated price range of the work is between $100,000 and $250,000. Copies of the solicitation will be provided in CD-ROM format at no charge for the first copy and $15.00 each (nonrefundable) for each additional copy requested. The principal components of the work include: Sawcutting, demolishing, and removing existing reinforced concrete; Earthwork for and making repairs to existing reinforced concrete, including epoxy bonded concrete and concrete sealing compounds; Earthwork for and construction of subsurface drains. At this time we anticipate issuing a Request for Proposal, however, we reserve the right to solicit under sealed bid procedures, if we determine it necessary. We'll evaluate and award based on the best value to the Government with, minimally, the following evaluation criteria: safety program; past performance; experience; and price (actual evaluation factors will be addressed in the solicitation package under Section L and M).
