The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, equipment and transportation necessary to provide Remove/Repair Overhangs, Bldg. 08 and 114 complete and ready for use. The work includes the following: materials removed shall include, but not limited to gypsum decking, structrual metal beams, and miscellaneous wood roofing construction materials. Contractor shall install cap flashing and seal seams on gutters and downspouts, patch exposed concrete blocks at sites of removal of overhang. All steel beams shall stay as Government property and moved to a storage area. All removed gypsum debris and miscellaneous materials shall be disposed off Government property. Estimated price range: Between $25,100.00-$100,000.00. Number of days in contract: 180. Number of bid items: Two. SIC Code 1761, Roofing, Siding and Sheet Metal Work, $11.5 Million. Bidders are further advised that failure to register in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database may render your firm uneligible for award.
