Hartleben (309)782-7116 DESC: NSNs: 1025-01-473-8886 and 1025-01-473-7710, Part Number: KJ1000 and KJ4000, The items to procure are: Nitrogen Intensifier, body must be made from alloy steel, operate off a 115 VAC, 60Hz, 20 amp circuit, a pressure switch set for 150 psi low end and 2000 psi high end, a built-in 0-2500 psi pressure gauge, a minimum 15 foot nitrogen hose, a handheld on/off switch, nitrogen from unit must be oil, moisture, and contaminant free, must be compatible with MIL-PRF-6083F, and operation a 20 deg F and +110 deg F essential. Oil Transfer System, body must be made from alloy steel, operate off a 115VAC, 60Hz, 20 amp circuit, have a 5 gallon reservoir with sight glass, must be self purging to eliminate pumping air into a closed system, have a 0.59 GPM flow rate, must have a manual hand pump back-up with a minimum flow of 0.7 cubic inches per cycle, must have a 5 micron filter to screen fluids to and from pressurized system, the 5 micron filter must have an indicator to indicate when the filter needs to be changed, 15 foot oil transfer hose, quick disconnects on all fittings and hoses, must be compatible with MIL-PRF-6083F, and operation at 20 deg F and +110 deg F essential.
