Introduction The Information Manufacturing Corporation (IMC) is a manufacturing facility located AT Robert C. Byrd Hilltop Office Complex, Rocket Center, WV. Scope of Work under this project is for the development of approximately 24 acres ((+/-) site having up to three (3) building sites. The effort planned for this contract includes the following approximate quantities of work; 1) 24 Ac. Clearing and Grubbing 2) 240,000 cubic yards of excavation. 3) 700 Tons of Aggregate Base Course, Class I 4) 260 Tons, Hot Mix Asphalt Base Course; Type 2 5) 270 lf of various diameter drainage culverts 6) Sediment and Erosion Control 7) Seeding & Mulching 8) 1600 lf of 10" Ductile Iron Water Line, Type I, Class 51 and other items incidental to the construction Estimated cost is in the range 1.1 to 1.5 million dollars.
