The Pioneer UAV Program currently supports the Navy and Marine Corps by providing logistics support to the fleet users. There is a current requirement for manufacturing services of the 19" SVGA Monitor RK MT GRY. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis with ICS Advent Inc., 6260 Sequence Drive, San Diego, CA 92121-4371. ICS Advent is the original equipment manufacturer and owns the proprietary data rights to these monitors. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
