This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Swimming Pool Maintenance, prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; request for quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F04605-00-Q9010 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The contractor shall supply all material, equipment, and labor necessary to maintain large swimming pool and children_s pool at March ARB, CA for the period of 01 Oct 2000 to 30 Sep 2001. The contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and Air Force regulations and directives concerning pool operations and the environment. Statement of Work is included as an attachment. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside for SIC 7389 size standard is $5 million. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors _ Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government.
