The Operational Contracting Division, Commercial Acquisitions Branch, at Hanscom AFB, MA, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) F19650-00-R-0022. The duration of this Simplified Acquisition with option years shall be five (5) years starting with the Basic Year 01OCT00 through 30SEP01 and four (4) option years. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, transportation, and labor necessary to service and maintain sixty-five(65) facilities, METAPAGE and METASYS Operator Workstations for Energy Management and Control Systems (EMCS) and provide upgrades and site licenses for ten (10) workstations at Hanscom AFB, MA.
