We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Fitness Center's Power Lifting competition on 20-21 January 2000 to be held at the Elmendorf Air Force Base (AFB) Fitness Center. We are seeking shirts, prizes, water bottles, fruit and drinks. Prizes will include good weight lifting belt, wrist straps, big gym bag, girft certificates for shoes, girft certificates for tank top or shorts or both, weight lifting gloves, etc. Total estimation for prizes is $1,500. Fruit and drinks will be provided during the meet. This event will be open to all military Alaska wide. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up boothes at the event. Representation from the Sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than on sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation may be recieved no later than 27 December 2000.
