The Coast Guard intends to issue a delivery order against an existing Basic Ordering Agreement for the procurement of the following repairs: Clin 1: NSN: 1615-01-158-9606, P/N: 70102-28000-045, Bearing Assembly, QTY: 5 each, Clin 2: NSN: 1615-01-238-2444, P/N: 70102-28100-046, Spindle Assembly, QTY 3 each. The Coast Guard does not own, nor can it provide drawings or specifications for these items. The Coast Guard intends to negotiate with the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM), Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, as the only known NAVICP-PICA certified source of supply. Offerors, other than the OEM, must possess NAVICP-PICA certification as a certified source of supply and must provide proof of such prior to contract award.
