SOL N68335-99-G-0028 DUE 091100 POC Laurie Paz (732) 323-4188 Fax (732) 323-4822 The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, NJ intends to enter into negotiations with The Boeing Company, St. Louis, MO to provide Engineering and Technical services. These services include Weapon Integration / OFP Software Engineering Support to assist in determining optimal test methodology for AWM-103 (COAST) on F/A-18A/B, C/D & E/F aircraft considering both USN and FMS situations. The Boeing Corporation will provide access and use of the Stores Management System Laboratory for the purpose of performing preliminary integration testing of the AWM-103. The Government intends to procure these services under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to open this requirement to competition. Responses should reference N68335-99-G-0028 Delivery Order 0015. Information must be received no later than 11 September 2000. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition based on the responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
