In order for the WRAP to flourish with the understanding and support of people in its states and tribal communities, it is important to get the message out to opinion leaders. The WRAP has developed a presentation that provides a good overview of the history and functioning of the WRAP. Unfortunately, this presentation has not had a wide enough exposure. It is the intention of this RFP to create and staff a speakers bureau to provide the WRAP with increased opportunities to gather support for the policies and programs of the WRAP. The RFP is due September 29, 2000. The RFP and an accompanying file describing the concept of the Speakers' Bureau can be downloaded at the WRAP web site at www.wrapair.org.
