The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Sole Source modification to GSA Order GS-35F-4525G/N00039-00-F-3119, Troy Systems, Inc. This modification is to extend the current order for two months from 30 September 2000 to 30 November 2000. The total effort is for reconciliation of problem disbursements, canceling year fund analysis, training, problem disbursement transmittal package preparation, registration of contract correction packages, and preparation and maintenance of status reports. SPAWAR SYSCOM intends on issuing a competitive CPFF RFP to 8(a) firms for the follow-on effort to support the problem disbursement reconciliation and training requirement. The proposed follow-on will be a five-year effort, one base year and four option years to start performance 1 December 2000.
