construction of the Visitor Center at Perry's Victory and International
Peace Memorial, Put-in-Bay, OH. The work consists of constructing a new
4,800 square foot visitor center with covered porches (single story
wood frame structure with crawl space). The building is classified by
BOCA as Use Group A and is Type 5B construction. Roofing consists of
asphalt shingles over wood trusses. Interior is veneer plaster walls
with partitions to form a meeting room and restrooms. This project
includes plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and fire suppression
systems. The project is located within the Village of Put-in-Bay on
South Bass Island and includes site grading, utilities, site lighting
