Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work, performance narrative and project schedule. The work includes all labor, materials, supplies, equipment, transportation and supervision to prepare and install a wood deck at twenty-three housing quarters. Decks will be near identical in size (10' Wide x 20'), however, the height of each deck shall vary due to the elevations of the Quarters and the contour of the grounds. Payment bond will be required after award. This proposed contract is Unrestricted. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 1521 General Contractors Single Family and Size Standard for Small Business is $27.5 Million. Cost Range is under $100,000.00.
