The work to be performed under this solicitation is to Furnish and Install a pump jack on an existing deep water well on the Havasupai Reservation, Arizona. The turnkey installation of the pump jack will include everything needed for pumping. A reconditioned Lufkin C-320D-256-144 with a one year warranty is required. A new electric motor to drive the jack is required. The motor shall be capable of producing 9.5 stokes per minute on the Lufkin jack specified. Static depth wo water is 2,370 feet and the water level will be about 2,470 feet deep at 9.5 stokes per minute (0.3 gallons per minute per foot of drawdown). The motor will have a one year manufactures warranty. The installed pump jack will run for 24 hours as an operational demonstration. The generator needed to run the test will be supplied by the contractor. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 3561 (500 employees). This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business.
