Description of requirement: (1) Physical size: must not exceed 19" wide, 23" deep and height not to exceed 8-3/4" ( for 19" rack mounting); (2)Electrical Specifications: Input voltage rating: No less than 280VDC; Output voltage: 120VAC; 60hz,single phase; Output KVA: 2.0 or better; Max input amps: 10.8; Max output amps: 16.7; Forced-air cooling (mandatory); Voltage regulation: +/- 1% no load to full load or better; Dynamic voltage regulation: +/- 10% for 100% load change or better; Frequency regulation: +/- 0.5% no load to full load or better; Power Factor: 0.7 lead to 0.7 lag or better; Total harmonic distortion: 5% THD or better; Sync and phase lock range:+/- 3hz or better; Overload: 125% for 10 minutes or better; Efficiency at full load: 80% DC-AC or better.
