This is a combined synopsis-/-solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and THERE WILL BE NO WRITTEN REQUEST FOR QUOTATION ISSUED. The solicitation number for this Request for Quotation is N00244-00-T-1345. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is issued as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside (See Note 1), under Standard Industrial Code 3827 Optical Instruments And Lenses with a small business standard of 500 employees. FISC San Diego has a requirement for the following items: 0001: 3 Phase One Digital Imaging Kits 5262145 to include Lightphase Digital Back for Mamiya 645 AF 71213 LPMAF, Mamiya 645 AF Body 211-215 and 1250 mm Lens 210-211, for the Fleet Imaging Command Pacific, NAS North Island, San Diego CA. Required delivery is F.O.B. Destination to NAS North Island. Acceptance shall be at destination.
