This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number TIRNO-00-Q-AWA32 is issued as a Request for Quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. The award will be made to one offeror who fully meets the requirements. This requirement is set aside for small businesses only. Delivery shall be to 81 different locations throughout the United States and terriorities. Vendors shall provide a quote for the following contract line items (CLIN): CLIN 1. typewriters, 81 each, IBM Wheelwriter 1500 or equal, CLIN 2. Delivery of typewriters, 81 each. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, and FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Evaluation/award will be made to that offeror whose quote meets the specifications listed above and is the most advantageous price to the government.
