CBD REQUIREMENT: Change, "The architectural and engineering firm(s)
must have a Secret level facility security clearance. The firm's
employees involved in this project must have a Secret level security
clearance.", to read, "At a minimum, the prime architectural and
engineering firm, where all classified work will be handled must have
a Secret level facility security clearance. The Project Manager
(day-to-day point of contact), lead project architect, project space
programmers, project interior designers (associated with systems
furniture layouts), and project cost estimators/engineers must have a
Secret level security clearance." In selection evaluation criteria
1.c., change, "Status of firm's (prime and subcontractors) Secret level
security facility clearance and proposed employee's Secret level
security clearances.", to read, "Status of prime firm's Secret level
