C -- CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES IDIQ CONTRACT SOL DACA27-00-R-0028 POC Contracting POC Barbara Simpson (502) 625-7634; Technical POC John Briggs (270) 798-9691 One Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Construction Management Services for the Louisville District Corps of Engineers. Minimum guarantee is $60,000 for the base year and $30,000 for each option year. Maximum contract value is $3 million per year for a base year and four option years for a total contract value of $15 million, including options. Individual task order limit is $1 million but task orders are estimated to range from $50,000 to $1,000,000 with a typical task order amount of approximately $100,000. Projects will primarily be located at Ft. Campbell, Ky-TN, Western Kentucky, Southern Illinois but could be anywhere in the Louisville District mission boundaries. Services require civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers and technicians as well as Quality Assurance Representatives for administration of military and civil works projects. The work can consist of but not be limited to: 1. Engineering and construction management services such as scoping projects, assistingwith the preparation of modifications to contracts and delivery orders, reviewing submittals and shop drawings, observing and inspecting field construction, providing quality assurance testing, tracking and coordinating contractor activities, reviewing Operations and Maintenance manuals and technical documents, and providing general management assistance for construction projects. 2. Administrative and information management support services such as data collection, entry and analysis, QA testing and data validation, RMS implementation, and programming and troubleshooting for the NT network. This project is 100% set aside for small business. All other firms are deemed ineligible to submit offers. This is a Request for Proposal and offers will be evaluated on the following technical basis, not necessarily in this order of importance: (1) Management Proposal; (2) Experience; (3) Past Performance; and (4) Price Proposal.
