This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation DAHA27-00-R-0001 is issued as an RFP. This solicitation document incorporates provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. SIC code is 4813 and small business size standard is 1500 employees. This requirement is for Wide Area Network Service as described in the Statement Of Work dated 4 August 2000. The anticipated contract is for a one year base contract period, plus four (4) option years should the government choose to execute the options.
