This solicitation is for an annual inspection and testing service, according to the requirements of NFPA-25 and NFPA-20, of all water-based fire suppression systems and NFPA-72 and NFPA-70 fire detection systems at Lowell National Historical Park, Lowell, MA, to ensure that such systems are fully operational. Work shall be performed in five park buildings, and shall be perfomed once a year, either in early spring or early fall. All inspections and testing shall comply with the rules and regulations outlined in the National Fire Protection Association 25 and the National Electrical Code.
