NOTICE OF INTENT: Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems. Requirement for HQ Air Intellegency Agency,(AIA)Kelly AFB, TX. Air-time for approximately 73 Cellular phones, and 10 Digital Cellular Phones on digital 600 min payment plan for a twelve (12) month period, AT&T Long Distance Service Block. This contract is a follow-on contract with Southwestern Bell which will expire 30 Sep 00. The intent of the new contract is to maintain continuity of services. Any other source would require Conversion cost, reprogramming, issuing new phone numbers and down time. FOB POINT: Destination, Kelly AFB, TX. SIC CODE: 4812 NOTE: Effective 01 Apr 2001 this requirement will transfer to Lackland AFB, TX.
