This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this purchase order is to develop background materials, speeches, and briefing memos for the Interagency Working Group for the AAPI Initiative, Commission meetings, and White House meetings. The period of performance is 19 weeks. Ms. Lam is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services.
