R -- CONSULTANT FOR THE 2000 COMBINED FEDERAL CAMPAIGN SOL B20963 DUE 090800 POC Ida Cofield, Contract Specialist, 301/827-7156 The Food and Drug Administration intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to James Farrando for the following service: A consultant for the 2000 Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) for the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). The consultant shall select the division coordinators, select the team leaders, establish CFC goals for HHS, OPDIVs/STAFFDIVs, select and train keyworkers, facilitate campaign kickoff, distribute CFC materials, execute campaign, facilitate Secretary's Commitment Rally, and complete all sevices necessary for the camgaign closeout. Simplified Acquisitions Procedures will be used for this award and no solicitation will be issued, therefore, request for such shall be considered non-responsive.
