The VA Medical Center, Coatesville, PA is requesting quotations for the On Site Drycleaning Services for Drapes and Cubicle Curtains. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, supplies, equipment, supervision and transportation to complete the annual on site dry cleaning of drapes and quarterly dry cleaning of cubicle curtains. Included in this service will be the requirements to make minor repairs to draperies on the rods (such as sewing hems and seams), pre-spot stains before dry cleaning, lubricate carriers and tracks and replace and/or repair broken or missing carriers, make any necessary repairs to tracks for proper curtain movement, re-secure the rods to ceilings or walls, and maintain a computer database that includes the size, type, location and service requirements for every drape and curtain in the facility. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses, and the SIC code is 7212 with a determination level of $5 million. This procurement action is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and will utilize FAR Part 13.
